The interview process was very smooth . I was contacted on LinkedIn by the company’s HR. 1. First round - It was a basic round testing all the logical aspects and was completely based on minute details as to how one will start thinking about solving the problem. Was based on native knowledge of the language and programming skills. 2. Second Round - It was an assessment round , where I was asked to complete it in 24 hours but I took two days as was working for my office as well but the company was okay with the procedure as they were looking for potential and quality not quantity. The code was then reviewed for all the flaws or crash logs if any. On successful testing , I was asked questions about the assessment and was thoroughly grilled for concepts used . It was more of a complex round where I was questioned about every logic used in the code. 3. Third round - it was HR round revolving around general questions like what made you change the current one , what are my aims and responsibilities, my working pattern. I was quite impressed with the process and how the company treated me as an interviewee. It was quite friendly and somewhere where I could easily open up and explore my better side in technology and life.
