Very unprofessional interviewer. Was asking very pathetic questions and dissing the company where I’m currently working. Asking randomly if you want to sit in delhi. This is not early stage company this is baby company without any culture.

There were 3 rounds that spanned over 3 months and the entire process took 5 months in total. First round was with the COO and the questions were very metrics focused and mainly based on an in-depth understanding of work experience. Second round was with the CEO and questions were based on the first principles of product management and design thinking. It was an absolute delight to even have a conversation with Karthik as he had some very intriguing thoughts to share and was also a very good listener. This was the only highlight of my entire experience. Third round took place with the CTO. Questions again mainly pertained to work experience, metrics and product thinking. The CTO constantly gave thought provoking feedback which was great. But he would interrupt alot rudely and be very demeaning at times. The HR aspects were beyond terrible with the initial HR lady being pretty clueless and clumsy most of the time. Any updates on the process would randomly pop up after several weeks with a sudden urgency and their versions on the state of things would change every time. The negotiations and finalisation alone took more than a month. It made me really lose my trust in them and question the work culture by the end.
