The interview process consisted of a brief phone conversation (30 minutes) with the individual you would report to. If that went well, you are invited to speak with a few of your potential coworkers (1 hour) to ensure you would be a good cultural fit. The next day, I was invited to speak with several Elanco employees from around the world (6 hours with a 30 minute lunch break).
