Two rounds of interviews with two aptitude tests in basic mathematics and spatial awareness. Interviews were mostly based on personal qualities and fit with only a few technical question on how the energy grid works in Ireland.

Got the interview through interaction with a recruitment agency. First a phone interview. Then an aptitude test before in person interview on the same day. Interview was roughly 30 minutes, with 3 people.
