This whole interview process took almost 5 months just to be told that the position is no longer available because of funding. They stretched out the interviews a month apart and had me thinking the waiting was worth it. I interviewed with HR, hiring director, 2 team members and then again with the hiring director. I was told I would be interviewing with the VP and scheduled an interview, then they rescheduled it a month out to them later email me to let me know the position was no longer available. What a waste and disrespect to my time!

Entrevista
The initial screening interview consisted of screening questions via text. I believe the whole process was AI driven. If you haven't interviewed in a while, this can be a little disconcerting. There was no interaction with a recruiter other than an e-mail and text advising the screening questions would be sent and to respond as soon as possible.

The questions were primarily related to risk management and compliance oversight asking for specific examples of scenarios and how they were handled.
The hiring process was smooth and easy. The recruiter was professional and wonderful to work with. Background screening was a pain so make sure you are on top of the screening. I actually contacted all my former employers and recommendations to ensure a prompt response.
