Started the process through a recruiter. Met with higher ups at the agency first. The first interviews went well except for feedback that I was lacking a skill set they didn’t ask about or say was important to them. Made it to the final round of interviews which was in person at their office with 7 different team members. Interview went super well and they even mention they were excited about a specific skill set I could bring to the table. After that interview I received no feedback except for an automated rejection letter from the recruiter. Super unprofessional after all the time I spent talking with their team members. Definitely a red flag for how they operate and treat people as an agency.

Screening interview, interview with direct manager, interview with different teams which gave me an idea of who worked at the agency. They were very transparent. Gave me a chance to ask question about the agency. They wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable.
