I spent half an hour being berated by the owner. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't research this place before seeking employment here. It makes sense why the turnover rate is so high.

He picked apart my resume and disagreed or questioned everything I said. He said he was "direct" but he was flat out aggressive. I am glad to avoid working for this man.

Entrevista
Owner is not accustomed to interview etiquette. He spent majority of 2 hour interview talking about his previous employer and previous partners. I felt like he was more interested in finding someone that would agree with him than manage his business. He made it abundantly clear that he cared very little about his employees' experiences. This is the first interview I have ever participated in where the owner refused to give a tour of the facilities.

Entrevista
It was crazy crazy fast, I was called at 8:30 at night to see if I could come in the next day for an interview, I did, by that evening I was called back and offered the job and then asked to start litterally the next day.
It wasn’t a hard interview if you have done it before.
The company has some flaws but I only worked there a short time. I was offered a very reasonable salary and I took the job. Then the third week I was asked to work about 60 hours with no days off- which, during busy times at a boarding facility it’s expected, but if I compared that to my salary as I get no overtime.... it wasn’t worth it. For some though absolutely! If you don’t have a family, if you just have time to dedicate your whole life to it, it’s not a bad job. Meticulous and straight foreword. But the turn over is really really high so be expected to pick up lots of hours with no overtime pay or incentive. Everyone seemed pretty nice though. But if you know people, they weren’t all happy. Nice does not equal happy.
