Thank you for flagging this and sincere apologies for the experience you had. I can assure you that this is absolutely not the experience we strive to deliver nor is it tolerated internally. We have always prided ourselves on delivering a timely, transparent, responsive, & respectful candidate experience ~ and that is the expectation we set with our recruiters.
