Initial screening, tests and then interview with panel. The panel were unfriendly and hostile and the person handling recruitment communicated poorly and was unprofessional. Not a good experience overall for applicants considering the time spent on assessment and to go through the interviews (and the applicant has to very much work to the interviewers' availability, which is limited).
