Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Embrace Marketing Innovation (New York, NY) em out. de 2022

THIS IS A SCAM. THE JOB DESCRIPTION THEY PROVIDE ONLINE IS NOT ACCURATE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The biggest red flag is that, a day or two after applying online, they reached out via email and text to let me know that I got an interview. I ignored my suspicions and accepted a preliminary Zoom interview. Another applicant was on the call as well, which struck me as strange. Then the interviewer discussed more about the company and what the position would entail, which matched nothing from the job description posted online. She mentioned that they were opening up 250 new offices around the United States (???) and that new hires would be trained to take over a new location/branch over the course of 12-16 months. This was the final straw and had MLM all over it. I have never felt so deceived in the interview process before, so I quietly accepted a secondary on-site interview which I immediately canceled via email.

Not that hard it was an easy interview they asked basic question. Questions like tell me about your self, why you want to join. What did you choose Embrace Management. Do you have any experience in this field.

I would highly recommend not working for this company. They put out fake job ad's to lure potential candidates in through the door. Regardless of what position you apply for, you will be placed as a sales rep selling products in retail stores. Went to the first interview and felt very skeptical about the company's office/location. When you first walk in you immediately get the sense that it is not a real marketing firm.
