I had one formal interview with the Director of sales, following two working interviews. The interview consisted of details regarding the position and my comfort level to perform the tasks. She did not ask many questions but did allow me to speak about myself and professional background. The working interviews were great for training purposes and really help you see what you're really applying for. I am still waiting on a decision for hire. The process began four to five days after I submitted my application online.
