Originally scheduled to have a group panel interview but this was cancelled and rescheduled several times. I ended up interviewing with each person individually due to the schedule conflicts. Everyone seems quite tired and overworked. One person missed an interview because they were the only person working. Interview felt awkwardly formal and repetitive. No one seem like they wanted to be doing it.

I received a call from hr for an interview. Scheduled interview about a week later. I met with multiple doctors and surgeons on the team. It was pretty laid back and questions about myself and interests.
