Submitted resume online, got call from HR. Phone interview first, received 5 questions from hire manager by emails, submitted the answers then got call for a on site interview. After interview was a long wait,about one month later heared from HR to oral offer. Then the drug test.

why you are looking for a new job? Tell me something about yourself. What do you like your job the most? Do you have xxxx xxxx related expense? Do you have questions for us?
It was pretty easy. Just some behavioral questions, technical and presentation. Should be pretty standard format and nothing unusual or big. There is usually 3 rounds of interview and most probably there will be atleast 2 people for the interview
