Phone interview/screening the phone call was with the owner of Encore Glass and was intended to figure out whether it was worth it to continue in the hiring process. If it was determined it was worth continuing an in person interview would be scheduled.

The interview was very comfortable and the HR Manager was great. Asked very common questions, and very straight forward in what they are looking for. Make sure you research the company first.
