Had a total of 5 interviews. On the 4th interview they gave me a case study to present. They gave me the case study on Friday and had to present it on Monday so I spent my whole weekend preparing. The case study I completed ended up being 15 slides and took the entire weekend to complete. For a product manager position I think it was overkill and they did not offer much follow up on why I ultimately did not get the job. They seemed to really enjoy my ideas and even wrote a few of them down during the presentation. It seems as thought they never hired anyone for the position and it makes me wonder if they just take ideas from the interview process. I also asked what the working hours were and they replied with "well we expect you to be on at all times. I even work weekends". As someone who values my personal life, it's a blessing that I did not get the job!
