Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Enterprise Mobility (Jacksonville, NC) em jul. de 2010
Entrevista
First I applied online to their website, then I was contacted by a recruiter a couple of days later. There was an introductory phone interview basically asking me if I felt comfortable working about 49 hours a week and cleaning the cars along with providing service to the customers. From that point forward, she set up a one on one interview with me at their office location. All in all, this process took one week and I was not offered the position. The notice was sent via e-mail and I believe the main reason that I didn't get the job was probably my lack of enthusiasm after hearing that I would have to work so many hours and my lack of sales experience was mentioned even though it's an entry-level position.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
