Entrevista
Basics on java / cpp /c. one F2F interview with senior persons . Asked about mysql and jsp also.
Took around one hour. after that HR interview . Telephonic interviews are not much promoted. They will check our attitude as well. Aggressive persons are not considered much.
2 technical rounds and 1 managerial rounds. No aptitude. Difficulty level is above average. Need to have good coding skills. If selected, you get good perks and benefits. Panel clearly explain role and responsibilities.
There where three interviewers .In the interview two basic coding puzzles where asked. There was also questions about data structures. The interviewer was friendly and it was a very comfortable interview overall.

Entrevista
Thre is one technical round and one HR round. Technical is all about java and sql. HR round is good just some non technical questions with nice interviewer. Java is but tough you need to live code and optimise the code.
