Just a brief phone interview. Most questions about experience reasonable and easily answered, but the question about other interests outside scope of the job was odd. No follow-up whatsoever from the HR Director, who also seemed to send emails only at night, and only offered the day of her intial email or the day after as interview date possibilities. Not impressed with their hiring process.
