They suck they barley asked questions if was in the phone and the person interview me wasn’t from the club I applied very bad interview from the interviewer And they were bad at reading email and responding

Fairly easy - pretty obvious they're also looking for someone flexible to work shifts and cover aswell. The interviewer was nice, interviewed with three of the managers and one of them pick you based on their need and which area they manage.

Via zoom was fine but impersonal and straight from the book didn’t feel organic. Felt like he was reading from a script. I didn’t think I was asked any questions that pertained to my individual experience
