Applied online with cover letter but no referrals. Received a HackerRank coding challenge which was debugging a web application. Finished with lots of time left and made lots of comments in my code.
A couple weeks later, was invited for an onsite at their Brooklyn HQ. Interviewed with a manager, an engineer, and got a chance to meet and talk to my recruiter. Their office was super cool and everyone was super friendly. Within a couple business days, received an offer!

4 Leetcode medium questions interviewer was nice and helpful she noticed that I was nervous and helped me along with the question I am just submitting this review to use glassdoor :).

Q: Given an array of integers nums and an integer target, return indices of the two numbers such that they add up to target. You may assume that each input would have exactly one solution, and you may not use the same element twice. You can return the answer in any order.
First I was asked to take an online coding assessment, the assessment was to implement some methods and fix some bugs in a JavaScript project. After that they flew me to the Brooklyn office where I met with a couple people. I was asked some coding questions, and then I talked about some of my previous projects. It was overall a fine experience but the last interviewer was rude and obviously did not want to be there.

There were two rounds for this interview. First, an initial phone screen (no coding challenge this year it seems), and then a 'virtual on-site' with coding and behavioral rounds. All done virtually.
