The process is fairly intransparent. Your are asked a lot of questions on factual issues. There is a logic test. In addition, there is a linguistic test however you can choose the language.

We started with a short chat, followed by questions on my CV and job-specific qualifications. The main part were topical questions about the job, the policy area and the DG.
