The overall interview experience was good. Overall the entire process was quick and 3 rounds of interviews. Questions were between easy to moderate. The Round with the GM did not go that well.

Entrevista
1. Recruiter Screen 2. HM Call 3. Case study assignment with Onsite Presentation + Interview. 2 months of ghosting and fake updates later, was told an offer was extended to another candidate. It's unbelievable that a company would drag a candidate along for 2 months without providing any real updates to just then follow up with a rejection and generic feedback. It felt like the recruiting process is broken and disrespectful to have so much time pass. If you're not their top choice, they may drag you along until someone better comes along.
had just one round of interview with HR. my profile matched so well with the role and I answered whatever she asked. Whatever was required for the role was a tick mark against my profile. But the HR did not shortlist me for next round. It was frustrating. I wished at least to have a round with hiring manger

Entrevista
Spoke with the Recruiter and was told the role was responsible to launch a new Outsourcer. I was told the hiring manager was on vacation and the next interview would be 3 weeks away. I then interviewed with the hiring manager after waiting 3 weeks, the VP, and a peer.
At the end of the process the Recruiter told me the job was given to a Contract Resource who was already at Pure Storage in the role. At no point did the Recruiter, Hiring Manager or VP mention the role was already staffed with a Contract resource.
I found the overall hiring process and non-disclosure unethical, especially spanning more than 5 weeks total.
