First interview seemed pointless. The interview was conducted by someone from a recruiting agency that did not understand the requirements or job itself. The complete process was completely disorganized. After my first interview, they got back to me immediately and informed me that they were extremely interested and would like to proceed with a 2nd interview and asked for my availability. It took a long time to have someone available that had the proper expertise. The 2nd interview was better.
