CUTCO uses word of mouth and buzz marketing to reach its consumers. This means counting on customers to suggest and provide connections to friends, family, etc. which essentially branches out into a network of individuals. Word of Mouth advertising is a fairly cheap method (basically free) of advertising where marketing efforts are carried out by customers satisfaction with a product or service leading to them informing other customers. The only expense would be Public Relations between current customers experience with a product/service and establishing the product/service as valuable in the first place.
