It was smooth overall. Instead of repetitive calls and leaving a candidate in limbo, they have a very nice process. The HR sent her calendar availability for a 15 mins discussion to establish a fit followed by a short interview and long interview (the similar process of scheduling) with detailed purpose and expectations from those interviews. The only "hard" part of the interview was to score well on general aptitude, which is a pre-requisite. Oh, you also need to submit two short videos to pitch yourself.
