Entrevista
I contacted HR via email after reading a posting on their website. I was invited for an interview. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a paper application describing my previous positions, and giving a short, written statement on why I would be a good candidate for the job. I briefly interviewed with with the HR manager, who took me to interview with the department manager. The interview was fairly simple and focused on my customer service abilities.

Entrevista
The interview process was a fairly basic outline of general competencies and administrative skills. Questions would revolve around organization skills and software skills. Some basic accounting questions can also be relevant.

first to do is 10mins self introduction.
then, supervisor will ask you some question referring your resume.
and the expectation of the job, how to enhance the performance.
Besides, they will do some language test & computer test in 1st round interview.
There are 2 times interview in different place.
Sometimes, HR will provide written test for some candidates.
The 1st interview is around 2hrs. And the 2nd interview is around 1hrs.
They were held by 2 days in 2 office.

Entrevista
I was recruited through an agency for a temp-to-hire position. The actual interview was very brief, it felt as though they were not prepared to conduct one at our scheduled time. The interviewer just asked me some personal questions regarding my past work experience, why I was interested in their company, etc. Then I was seen by the Manager of the department I would be assigned to who basically followed the exact same format as the first interviewer. Described the position and duties then asked very few questions. They both seemed very disinterested.
