Multi-stage online process including general ability assessment, strengths testing and video interview. Then final assessment centre consisting of group task where we had to plan an event and a final interview

- applied online with CV info - online aptitude test - got an email and had an interview where I had to answer questions via video responses - was emailed again to book in a virtual assessment day which included an individual interview and group assessments. - was emailed and had another individual interview - phone call with an offer received Everyone during each stage of the process was lovely.
