They conducted an initial interview first by just asking tell us something about ourselves while the interviewer was just watching us how good we are in speaking english. Then it was followed by an online assessment test and after that we were told to be back the next day for the final interview.

I received a call about a week after I applied online. I came in for a face-to-face interview. Almost every question asked was a "Tell me about a time when...". After the questions, I was given a tour of the place. I was offered the job the next day.
