Well with a customer I don’t feel that they’re difficult I feel they’re just not educated on the product or the services so they’re confused so you get frustrated so you D escalate tell them you understand the frustration and empathize with them and then explain the services or the product and then they would be much more calmer and relaxed As per a friend coworker or a supervisor the best thing is is to either try to talk it out and get a resolution or just don’t let it affect your work abilities and continue on you’re there to work not make friends not socialize but to take care of the companies needs
