Explain how to determine the stability of a system using a root locus diagram.

Based on the location of the poles and zeros we will be able to determine whether a system is stable or not. if the system has the poles on the left side of the imaginary plane then the system will be stable . unstable systems could be made stable by adding zeros thus making the system to reach a stable state.
