2018 i gave interview at Exult and my profile was on hold and didn't get a proper feedback. 2019 i got a call for the same ID position my profile was reconsidered and was interviewed. I gave the interview cleared test and was told to leave for the day. But they didn't give a call for any update I had to mail the Hr regarding update of interview. You have to always mail the Hr for update and got a standard comapny format feedback. Atleast give a relevant feedback so that the candidate can understand his or her mistake. Reconsidering the profile clearing interview rounds and thn your told we need experienced person. Check skills of a fresher person experienced person is always hired a fresher is asked for expirence from where will a fresher get experience when is never hired in a company a fresher will remain fresher with skills and will always be rejected.

Initial round was general introduction. After that they took one moderate level aptitude test followed by technical test in which they told me to find bugs in there demo application.

Entrevista
Interview process took 1 day.
- They called and scheduled an interview on weekday
- Company infrastructure is well formed and good to work
- Having all departments and friendly nature employees
- Company works in eLearning domain
@Interview:
- They asked to fill some forms for information
- Gave apti paper to solve questions of analytical and logical
- Then I had a machine test, in which they asked to find defects (Basically I applied for Software Testing profile BUT they asked me to find defects in their eLearning package which I think not relevant to my profile)
- Then they told me to leave for the day
- Then till today, No reply from them on next!!!!!
