The whole process takes about 3 weeks. Because I'm not based in Hungary, firstly I had to take a phone interview with the HR to test my English level. Afterwards I had an interview with 2 senior and manager via Skype, then finally my last interview happened in Budapest and in their local building with another 2 manager and director. The questions during the interview are mostly behavioural with examples about your own experience, how you handle difficult things, how you solve a problem .... They need specific answers with specific results. I think they note the way you solve the problem and what do you learn after it.
