Very relaxed interview style with STAR questions. Met the reps at a campus event, was invited to a primary interview, progressed to a second more formal interview, then offer. It did take them 3 months to get back to me about the background check and drug test though.

the interview was ok to pretty good, talked a lot using Situation Task Action Result method and they liked that a lot and not much else, but he was very very nice.

After this a personal interview was taken post which the offers were released!
