Candidatei-me pessoalmente. Fui entrevistado pela FBC Remodel (Minneapolis, MN) em set. de 2021
Entrevista
Interviewed with the team leads and then the company owner. Met most of the office team. A couple of the other employees or builders were there by happenstance. And of course receptionist.

What influenced my decision to become an interior designer
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa FBC Remodel.
Entrevista
Seemed promising at first, but by the third interview I could tell there was a huge disconnect between departments. It started with a phone call, which went well and got me excited for the role. Then, the second interview was with the COO and took almost 2 hours because he asked in depth questions about my experience dating back to high school. The job at hand was not well described, and seemed all over the place. When I got to the third interview, I was met with questions not pertaining to the job as described in the posting, and then lectures about my lack of experience. It was really off putting- like why did I advance to the third round if my skills and knowledge were so sub-par? I didn’t lie on my resume, they knew my experience level. All 3 interviews were conducted very last- minute and in a rush. They mentioned were trying to fill the role urgently because the previous hire didn’t work out. After the little glimpse I got into the lack of communication going on there, I think I know why that previous hire didn’t work out.
If I could go back and ask your high school teacher what your greatest strength is, what would they say? What would they say your greatest weakness is?
2 video one in person first with HR then CEO then local office. Very friendly and descriptive. Helpful with answering questions regarding scope of work. And yeah I need 30 words so still typing. Yep. That's it. All I got. Done.

Strengths and weaknesses. Pretty standard stuff. Outside of work life experience.
