Interview process lacked professionalism and communication. Despite following up with the recruiter after the interview, I never received any feedback or update on the outcome. I also left the process with some concerns regarding the tone and dynamics during the interview, which at times felt uncomfortable and gave me doubts around inclusivity and culture fit within the London team. Overall, not a particularly positive candidate experience.
