Entrevista

Three phases:
1) Phone screen interview with Talent Acquisition
2) Skype Interview with HR
3) Full day of interviews where everyone has to give you a thumbs up. You'll have a panel interview with HR and two senior managers, meet with the VP, and then 2-3 interviews with senior managers / directors from the business function you expressed interest in post CLD

    Entrevista

    All day style interview with a lot of HR type questions. Nothing difficult. They were very slow to get me in for the interview as well as respond to my initial application. After the interview though the offer was sent quickly. However, two days after sending the offer, the took it back with no explanation at all. Be weary.

    After applying online, I was contacted the Talent Acquisition Manager, Jon Co, for an introductory phone call. After the phone call that consisted of the standard fit questions (why FCA?, etc.) I was invited to a Skype interview with Kathryn Lee the HR Business Partner for the corporate leadership development program. The Skype interview was 30 minutes long and consisted of the questions below. After the interview I never heard from FCA again, even after a couple of attempts (e-mail and then phone) to get a status update. A couple of months later, I checked the applicant tracking system and found that FCA was nice enough to withdraw my application for me. You would think that, for a high profile position, FCA would treat their candidates (and potential future customers) a little bit better than that.

    Entrevista

    I applied online and recently was contacted about a phone interview. So far, I have completed the phone interview and am awaiting the next step. The phone interview questions were highly behavioral and required specific examples of qualities and skills exhibit at specific times. The phone interviewer made it somewhat difficult to keep the conversation natural, as I was always waiting for her to catch up "document" my answers. I will update as the process continues. The email communication is very easy and clear to see where you stand.
