Entrevista
Initially contacted my their corporate HR by email for the initial discussion -- that one took about 1.5 weeks before we actually had the conversation. Went in a week later to meet with senior managers. The first manager had not reviewed my resume prior to the interview and, knew nothing about my background, skills etc. which made for a rather simple interview of exchanging work related banter without any real substance to the conversation. However, I found her to be a delightful person in enthusiasm and demeanour. Her manager was scheduled to interview me next but had already left for another meeting.

I submitted my resume at a career expo Day 1 and then proceed to an on-campus interview from an intern-specific recruiter. It was 1:1 conversations about advertising and past experience. Overall, the interviewer was pleasant and interested.

Unprofessional, Late, Rushed. Hiring manager was 10 mins late. Rushed the interview, as I soon suspected the position was determined and I was just there to check a box. Unprofessional in sending a passive rejection email stating, "sorry we forgot to get back to you, but we went with someone else". At the level I was interviewing for it would at least get the professional courtesy of a phone call. Hiring Manager contacted someone at my current company. Job description was not reflective of the experience they decided to go with. Job description was not true and was a waste of my time.

I connected with the recruiter for an account position and went through the initial screening process. The recruiter and I had a good conversation and she passed my information along to the hiring manager. The hiring manager opted to go with someone else, but that wasn't a surprised as my experience wasn't a perfect match for the position.
Soon another position opened up and the recruiter set up an interview with the hiring manager. Well the hiring manager blew me off twice. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because I agree to trying a third time to meet.
When the hiring manager got on the phone she sounded annoyed from the get go and came across as disinterested. So it wasn't a surprise when days went by and I didn't hear anything back. It would be nice to have at least gotten a "we decided to go another direction" email. After I rearranged my schedule 3 times!
