Entrevista
Important clarification (keep this in mind): The interviews themselves were good and well conducted - the issue is with the FICO's HR department.
Their HR contact (the _only_ point of contact I have with the company) ghosted me several times in the process (I liked the job and team, my fault for responding when they reached back out to me weeks+ later).
Not that good interviews should result in jobs - I have no issues with not getting an offer after making it through the final rounds. Common courtesy, respect, and professionalism requires that the company inform the candidates that are mid/end process an update with their choice. It's find to choose to hire someone else (or nobody) but not communicate back is rude. Ghosting by anybody is unacceptable, but companies, especially the HR department, should know better and professionalism is expected from them.
All it takes a simple, "sorry we decided no to continue with you" message - instead all I got was silences for excessive periods of time. Eventually I got some excuse back about why my followup queries went unanswered, only to be ghosted again.
Side note - if the excuses for the lack of communication I got were true then it implies that FICO has an extremely understaffed HR department that is unable to fill in when a staff member if unavailable.
Overall this was by far the least professional and worst interview process I've ever experiences - and I've experienced a lot of them in my search for a good fit.
