Submitted CV and was asked to send through academic transcript and to complete a Thomas International Psychometric test. After this I was phoned, asked a couple of questions and then asked to fly to Wellington for the Graduate Assessment Centre. The Graduate Assessment Centre took four hours. It was rather informal. First we did a group task which involved identifying a problem with an apps code and finding a solution. This was followed by an office tour and lunch and then three speed interviews- estimation, logic and math. Finally, we did a written test with questions on coding, logic and business writing. The next stage is a skype interview.

After application, HR contacted for interview. After interview, waited for a week to find our whether it was successful. Follow by a long process of verification. In total, it took about three months.
