Entrevista
Initial contact was through a recruiter. A first-round telephone interview was arranged. 5 minutes after the interview was due to start I received an email that a reschedule was going to be necessary.
Second attempt. A minute or two before the rescheduled interview I received an email cancelling the interview.
Silence for two weeks with the recruiter telling me she didn't know what was going on.
Finally received some information. Apparently the hiring manager who had arranged my interviews had been let go. The new hiring manager thought I was "too corporate" and was not interested in speaking with me. Anyone reading my CV would laugh at that statement.
Overall about the worst treatment I have ever experienced.

Entrevista
Despite my excitement about the job prospect at FairFX, the interviewing process turned out to be painfully slow and extremely frustrating. Job agency tried their best to reach hiring manager, who took up to one week to reply at times. This prolonged the process which took about a month. The management came across as very indecisive and lacking confidence. My concern was that this reflected poor work ethics and a sluggish decision-making process in the organisation, which has already been overtaken by its competition.

Four job interviews have been arranged with different people, requiring the candidate to visits FairFX office multiple times. Not the most efficient use of candidate and staff time. Interviews were lacking structure and consistency. I received once a call at 8am from the hiring manager who confused the interview date.
