in person interview with panel. Went over requirements of the job and asked my qualifications and interest in school based therapy. Group was very encouraging and accommodating; you could see that they loved what they are doing. Very positive experience.

Answered a prompt on a computer in a Word document (1-paragraph response). Followed by 2:1 interview by the therapy directors. Felt like a very friendly and casual conversation with pre-determined and printed-out interview questions.
