1. Phone screen with the recruiter
2. Technical Phone Interview with an engineer 1 hour, over data structures
3. Virtual onsite with 5 interviews with multiple people over culture fit, technical expertise, the usual. Less algorithm leetcode style more about your past history and how you would solve problems (data modeling, system design, etc)

Vidoe call with two staff, no questions asked about experience required for the job. It felt like the decision had been made before the interview started. The interview lasted less than an hour.
