One over the phone and then one in person on-site. In both instances, you will be asked about your general knowledge and interest in collectables with an emphasis on valuation and past/current intrest

Phone interview first, called back within a week for formal interview with manager, I was hired at the interview with the manager. He was very friendly and professional. The interview was not as formal as believed it would be. Khaki and store shirts are the attire so that it what the manager had on as well.
