My interview with Faris Planning and Design initially started with my application by email from an online posting for a position. Shortly after, I was contacted and an interview date was set. The interview itself took a little over half an hour where I sat down with the owner and project supervisor. We talked about my goals, experience and motivations for the industry. After I was given a tour of the office and shown some of their current projects. It was what I would describe as a normal interview.
