A closed door Q&A with the Owner consisting of a Portfolio review, Position Description, Facility Tour, and a surprise 2HR Skill Test. Followed by a final closed door review and financial offer with unrealistic and questionably unlawful list of requests regarding non-compete, NDA, and off-hand threats regarding legal action that the company has taken with ex-employees. Of which they admittedly never followed through on.

Q: How much experience do you have with the entire design, production, and installation process.
Q: As an employee, We do not define roles or titles, Because I pay you, If I were to ask you to clean the bathrooms - would you have a problem with that?
Q: You have an exceptional portfolio however, based on your test designs I do not feel you are worth what you are asking, would you be willing to come on as a 1099 for 90 days without any benefits, sign a Non-Compete, NDA, and then a re-evaluation at the end of your 90 day trial for 40K less than what you are asking?
