Application process initially started with an online application, and then immediately afterwards a test. The interviews process consisted of three interviews, beginning with a phone interview. The entire process took about a month. Interview questions were fairly standard. They did throw in one completely odd ball question to throw you off.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
