The interview process was really nice! The interviewer was quite attentive and explained all the details, and answering all questions with really "fire in the eyes" it means that the person is for sure happy in the company, at least for me. After a good conversation and smiles, they send me the assessment the same day. But the assessment was the most hard I have in my career. But it was also really interesting to implement. Finally I founded the company that not just asking you dumb questions fully related to algorithms or something like that which is not always related to the job that you are going to do. But actually asking you to build something USING this algorithms. I implemented assessment and after I had technical interview. Were other developers were asking me interesting questions. In the end I got an offer from the company and decided to accept it. The only one kinda bad thing I experienced it was the time during different phases of interviews. If I am not wrong it took me the whole month, from start till the end.
