The complete process from when I applied until I got hired took me about 3 weeks. I think it was a long time for the entry-level position I had applied for. Considering I didn't have a formal interview, but only a phone call informing me of the job location and salary, the process continued if I accepted.

Entrevista
It was a group setting, not 1 on 1. Two managers asked questions back and forth. Almost all questions started with "what would you do if" or "can you think of a time in your life when so and so happened" followed by "what did you do" etc.

Interviewed with both managers and the interview questions were in the STAR format it was probably the most difficult interview I had but was still only 15 minutes long. They end up choosing between them who wants to hire you and if one chooses then that will be your manager
One interview in person, a pre-screening call with an agency to get to the interview process. They will ask for commitment for the schedule. 2 shifts and it will depend on the needs
