Basic interview questions over all easy. Wasn't difficult. Basic questions. Your interviewed by two managers. The process took about 4 weeks. Great company to work for. Must follow our ruse very political.

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
