The interview was very simple. The interviewer simply asked me questions about my capabilities pertaining to the job like carrying heavy cargo and working varying hours. I believe that they were also gauging my personality but there were no questions directly regarding my views or opinions

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
